In connection with the release of Ivan Ostrochovský’s film The Spring, which explores the forced sterilisation of Romani women in the 1980s, the public debate it has generated, and the interest shown by the media and public institutions in the position of the Centre for Civil and Human Rights, we are issuing the following statement. We will not be providing any further individual comments to the media regarding the film.
