Judgment of the Appellate Court in the Case Concerning Alleged Discrimination Against a Roma Child in Access to Education During the COVID-19 Pandemic

By its judgment of 21 April 2026, served on us in June 2026, the Regional Court in Prešov upheld the judgment of the District Court in Prešov, which dismissed an anti-discrimination claim concerning the disadvantage experienced by a Roma child in access to education during the COVID-19 pandemic.
