This year, we have again prepared a report for the European Commission on the application of anti-discrimination legislation in Slovakia over the past year.

The author of the report is our collaborating lawyer Vanda Durbáková, who is a member of the European Network of Legal Experts on Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination (EELN).

The document provides a detailed overview of the state of anti-discrimination protection in Slovakia, including specific cases of discrimination that we also deal with at the Legal Advice Center.

The report also provides recommendations that can help improve the protection of vulnerable groups and to which state institutions should pay greater attention.
