Róbert lives in a town Trebišov, where he works as an assistant teacher at a primary school. The town has a large Roma community and Robert is part of it.

With our support, Róbert stood up against discrimination in one of the local restaurants, where they refused to serve him because of his Roma origin. He filed an anti-discrimination lawsuit against the restaurant owner and demanded apology and compensation. Among other things, his efforts have led to the restaurant already serving customers of Roma origin.

In this video, Róbert answered the question – why it is important to stand up for your rights. We believe that it inspires as many people as possible to stand up for their rights.
