Resolution of the Regional Court in Prešov in the case of the digital divide in access to education

The Regional Court in Prešov on 21.11.2024 on the basis of an appeal filed by the defendant Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic revoked the judgment of the District Court in Prešov of 6.11.2023 and returned the case to it for further proceedings and a new decision.
