What personal data do we process?
We process personal data to the extent that you have provided it to us – in particular the title, first name, surname of the client, permanent address, date of birth, email, telephone and ethnicity.
How do we collect personal data?
We obtain the personal data directly from the data subjects – from you as the client(s) or from your legal representatives, at the first personal contact with you.
Why do we need your personal data?
We need your data for the purpose for which you have given us your consent.
How do we use your personal data?
We use your personal data to:
- keeping records of our clients
- mediating legal assistance
- carrying out all legal acts that you have instructed us to carry out
How do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data both automatically and manually, observing all security principles for the management and processing of personal data, by ourselves, without other processors.
Is giving consent to the processing of personal data voluntary?
Yes, consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary and obtaining your personal data is not we do not make any condition. You can consent to the processing of your personal data for any of the purposes of use withdraw at any time. You can withdraw your consent, for example, by sending an email to poradna@poradna-prava.sk, by telephone at 0908 695 531 or 0949 338 396 or by sending or delivering a written notice to the headquarters of our civic association mentioned above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary – as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it is personal data is processed.
Who do we provide your personal data to?
We do not provide your personal data to any third party for the purpose of client/client records. For the purpose of providing legal assistance, we provide your personal data to the cooperating lawyer – Mgr. Vanda Durbáková, attorney-at-law, with registered office at Hrnčiarska 2/A, 040 01 Košice, reg. no. 3650, ID No.: 40 635 864. In legal transactions that we carry out with your knowledge and consent, we also provide your personal data to the responsible institutions, if necessary. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
Whar are your rights?
In relation to the processing of personal data, you have:
- the right to clear, transparent and comprehensible information about how we use your personal data and what your rights are;
- the right to access your personal data and to be provided with further information relating to your personal data processing by our civic association;
- the right to rectification of incorrect and incomplete personal data;
- the right to erasure of your personal data, in particular if:
(a) they are no longer necessary for further processing;
b) you have withdrawn your consent to their processing;
c) they have been unlawfully processed;
d) you have legitimately objected to their processing;
e) they must be deleted in accordance with the law;
- the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if:
(a) you challenge the accuracy of the personal data for as long as we verify its accuracy;
b) the processing is unlawful; - c) you object to the processing for a period of time while we verify whether our legitimate grounds prevail your interests;
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data where we are processing it for the purposes of our legitimate interests;

How we protect your personal data
To ensure the security and protection of your personal data, we use various technical and organisational measures, in particular to protect it from unauthorised access and misuse by unauthorised persons, to ensure the security of our IT systems, etc. If necessary, we use encryption to protect your data. We regularly evaluate and update the data protection measures.
