On 29 April 2020, the Regional Court in Bratislava upheld the judgment of the first instance court that in October 2016 dismissed our actio popularis lawsuit filed on the basis of the Slovak Anti-Discrimination Act. The lawsuit addressed segregation of Roma children at a primary school in a town district Stará Ľubovňa – Podsadek. We are planning to submit an extraordinary appeal to the Slovak Supreme Court.
