Last week we interviewed Tessa Walther, a correspondent for Deutsche Welle, the German public television and radio station, together with illegally sterilized Roma women.

The journalist is preparing a report on the illegal sterilizations of Roma women in Slovakia with the aim of making their stories visible abroad.

The women shared their personal experiences and talked about their long journey for justice.

We talked about our long-standing work, court proceedings and our activities together with women to promote the adoption of the compensation law in Slovakia.
