On November 26-28, 2025, our lawyer Vanda participated in a legal seminar on equality and non-discrimination in Brussels as a member of the European Network of Experts on Non-Discrimination.

The seminar brings together representatives of the European Commission, national anti-discrimination bodies, non-governmental organizations, and the academic community every year. It is an important forum for the exchange of expertise and experience in the field of equality and non-discrimination in the Member States of the European Union.

The program included expert workshops on current challenges in the field of non-discrimination. This year, Vanda moderated one of the workshops, which presented a thematic report on the role of civil society organizations and trade unions in protecting against discrimination. The author of the report is Romanita Iordache from Romania.

In addition, Vanda also participated in an internal meeting of network experts. As part of this cooperation, we prepare an annual report for the European Commission on legislative protection against discrimination and the decision-making practice of Slovak courts.
