The municipality of Torysa appealed against the decision of the District Court in Prešov dated 17 September 2025, which, based on our motion, imposed an obligation on the municipality to refrain from demolishing the dwelling of our client living in the Roma community in Torysa.

On behalf of our client, we submitted a comprehensive statement on the municipality’s appeal on November 7, 2025. In it, we explained in detail why we consider the district court’s decision to be lawful, factually correct, and in accordance with our client’s rights. We also proposed to the appeals court that it uphold the decision of the court of first instance.

We believe that the appeals court will agree with our arguments and rule in favor of our client.
